Acceptable Use Policy

Scope
This policy applies to subject photos, style references and generation requests submitted to RemixAvatar, and to avatars generated, stored, downloaded or shared through the service. By using RemixAvatar, you agree to follow this policy.
Prohibited content
You may not use RemixAvatar to upload, generate, store or distribute:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
- Graphic, gory or seriously violent content.
- Hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics.
- Any child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content (CSAM), including sexual content involving minors.
- Deepfakes, impersonation or use of another person's likeness without clear permission, especially for fraud, harassment, political deception or non-consensual intimate content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other intellectual-property rights.
We also prohibit terrorism or extremist propaganda, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, fraud, spam, illegal activity and attempts to evade content-safety controls.
Image rights and identity
A subject photo must show you or a person who has clearly authorized use of their likeness. You must also own or have permission to use each style reference. The service may not be used for face swaps, impersonation or misleading identities. Users must be at least 16 years old.
AI model and safety review
RemixAvatar currently uses gpt-image-2 through APIMart. Each request uses fixed avatar-generation instructions; users cannot submit free-text prompts. APIMart automatically reviews the generation instructions and uploaded images for content safety. After generation, the result is reviewed again with APIMart's omni-moderation-latest before it is displayed or saved. Requests or results that fail review are rejected and the creation is returned. RemixAvatar also manually reviews user reports and takes action under this policy.
Reporting and response
To report suspected prohibited generated content, infringement, impersonation or a child-safety concern, email support@remixavatar.com with the relevant account email, generation date, description and any evidence you are authorized to share. We keep report materials confidential and use them only for review and necessary action.
Child-safety concerns and credible reports of urgent illegal activity receive priority. We normally begin reviewing other reports within three business days; complex cases may take longer, and we will update the reporter when practical.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and repetition, we may refuse or cancel a generation, remove stored content, remove creations obtained through abuse, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate an account, and report conduct when legally required. We apply zero tolerance to CSAM, credible threats of serious violence and non-consensual intimate deepfakes.
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing support@remixavatar.com with your reasons. We will review the available records again and reply with the outcome.
