Your images are private by default

RemixAvatar uses the photos and style references you upload only to provide the avatar generation you request. We do not publish, sell or use your uploads for advertising. We will ask for separate permission before using any image as a public example.

Image processing and deletion

RemixAvatar does not keep permanent copies of the original subject photos or style references you upload. They are sent to the disclosed AI provider only to perform the generation you request.

To enforce our content-safety rules, APIMart reviews the fixed generation instructions and both uploaded images before generation, then reviews the generated result with omni-moderation-latest. RemixAvatar does not display or store a result that fails review.

After generation, RemixAvatar privately saves the final avatar in your account history so you can view and download it again; your original subject photo and style reference are not stored with it. Only a user signed in to that account can access these results. You can permanently delete a saved avatar from the creation page. We also retain limited generation records such as status, model, creation usage and any optional match feedback you submit for service delivery, account history, support and fraud prevention. The provider may retain task or processing data under its own policy for a different period.

Account and payment information

We process basic account information such as your name, email and login details. Google may provide account information when you choose Google sign-in. Payment information is processed by the payment provider disclosed at checkout; RemixAvatar does not store full card numbers.

Analytics and account activity

You may voluntarily submit an experience rating and written suggestion to help improve the product. Feedback submitted while signed in is associated with your account. Anonymous submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile verification; we do not store an IP address with feedback. Feedback does not include original images. You may request feedback deletion through support, and feedback associated with an account is deleted when that account is deleted.

We use Google Analytics to understand site visits and feature usage, and Microsoft Clarity to review session recordings and improve the product. When you are signed in, we send Clarity an internal account identifier to associate recordings for that account; we do not send your email address or name to Clarity. Microsoft Clarity hashes custom identifiers. To operate and troubleshoot the service, we also record account-level timestamps for registration, successful sign-in, completed avatar generation and successful server responses for image downloads, together with the related task.

Abuse prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify sign-in and registration requests and reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes network and browser signals needed for verification. We separately record IP addresses, browser information and timestamps for registration and sign-in to identify suspicious repeat claims. Sharing an IP address does not establish that accounts belong to the same person. To limit repeat claims, at most two new accounts per IP address may each receive 3 welcome creations within a rolling 90-day period. Accounts above this limit do not receive the offer; grants are deferred when a trusted IP is unavailable. We also store the IP and timestamp associated with each grant, under the same 90-day cleanup and account-deletion rules. Existing balances and purchases are unaffected. These security records are accessible only to authorized administrators, retained for 90 days and removed by daily cleanup. What we keep

Error diagnostics without images, filenames or image links are retained for 30 days. Minimal activity records for generation status, returned creations, file responses and avatar deletion are retained for 90 days. Expired records are removed by a daily cleanup, which can take up to one additional day. Deleting an avatar removes its image but does not immediately erase these limited records; deleting an account removes both categories of associated records. Existing retention rules for purchases and payment ledgers remain unchanged.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information and eligible generation records. Some transaction and security records may be retained when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and collect only what is needed to operate RemixAvatar.
