Using RemixAvatar

RemixAvatar lets signed-in users combine a subject photo and a style reference to generate a profile avatar. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility for uploads

You must own or have permission to use every image you upload. A photo of a person must show you or someone who clearly authorized you to use their likeness; a pet photo must be one you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the images you upload and for how you use or share generated results.

Content rules

You may not use RemixAvatar to upload, generate or distribute:

  • Images used without the necessary copyright, privacy, publicity or likeness rights.
  • Non-consensual intimate content or sexual content involving minors.
  • Content intended for impersonation, fraud, harassment or deception.
  • Illegal, hateful, graphically violent or otherwise harmful content.
  • Content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

The person using the service, including the uploader, must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 may not create an account or upload images.

Generated results

AI results can vary and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using it. Each successful generation uses one creation; a technical failure returns that creation to your balance.

RemixAvatar currently uses gpt-image-2.5-flare through APIMart to generate avatars. Before generation, omni-moderation-latest reviews the fixed prompt and both uploaded images; generated results are reviewed by the same model before display or storage. We also review user reports of prohibited content.

Welcome creations

Eligible new accounts receive 3 welcome creations. At most two new accounts per IP address may claim the offer within a rolling 90-day period; accounts above the limit are not granted the offer. If a trusted IP is unavailable, the grant is deferred and eligibility is checked again when one becomes available. Shared networks may affect eligibility, but registration, existing balances and purchases remain available. Contact support@remixavatar.com if you believe the decision is incorrect.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider disclosed at checkout. Prices, included creations and refund terms are shown before checkout. Purchased creations have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

Enforcement and complaints

We may refuse a generation, suspend an account or remove stored content when we reasonably believe these rules were violated or when required by law. We will review credible copyright, privacy and likeness complaints and respond appropriately.

Service limits

RemixAvatar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemixAvatar is not responsible for claims caused by a user's lack of rights or permission, or by the user's distribution or misuse of generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
